<DIV><FONT color=#010101>As we approach the arrival of the Honorable Robin Blair, Lord Lyon, King of Arms, whose flight from Scotland arrives in just over 4 hours, we want to remind you, once again, of the schedule of events for the next two days.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#010101></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#010101>Mr. Blair will be present and will participate in the Kirkin' o' the Tartans at House of Hope Presbyterian Church tomorrow, Sunday, February 22, services at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Mr. Blair will leave immediately following the Kirkin' in the 11:00 a.m. service for the brunch scheduled at Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove - approximately 4 miles west of 494 on Bass Lake Road (County Road 10) to Highway 101, north approximately 1/4 mile, the club is on the left. The brunch will begin at noon following which Mr. Blair will speak on Heraldry and the Scottish Clans in Modern times. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#010101></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#010101>We will return to House of Hope Presbyterian Church at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, February 23 for an informal gathering during which time Mr. Blair will once again talk about his role with the Lord Lyon Court.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#010101></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#010101>We can not overemphasize the importance of this visit and urge you to "drop everything" and attend one or more of these events. Questions can be directed to Mary McShannock, president of St. Andrew's Society of Minnesota who are the hosts of Mr. Blair's visit. She would like to have an idea of how many members of our community will attend the brunch and the gathering on Monday night so appropriate arrangements can be made. We will not likely have such a distinguished personage visit us again for a long, long time. If you are there, you will have first hand memories, not second hand.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#010101>BTW - Do not bring your tartans banner flags to the Kirkin tomorrow morning as the church has decided to eliminate our part in the procession, perhaps altogether. So, Tartan Banner flags must stay at home. Sorry.</FONT></DIV>
